About Project

MedSleuth is a clinically validated web-based platform to collect medical histories directly from patients. It is transforming the way patients participate in their healthcare. MedSleuth allows patients to easily provide those portions of their medical histories most relevant for a given episode of care. 

 

Challenge

 

The Healthcare domain is strictly regulated and it is extremely important for such software to function as intended. Our main areas of responsibility were different medical forms and surveys for donors.

 

Solution

 

We onboarded to the project and started with Functional and non-functional testing of the different medical forms in alignment with the established Test Plan. That included cross-browser, user interface, and usability testing. We also used Tricentis Test Management for Jira to create and execute test cases and open bug reports.

 

Result

 

The testing was done on different browsers to ensure compatibility. We also provided a usability report describing all founded issues and suggested improvements to create a more user-friendly and stable product.
